Art series :: Volksb\u00fchne :: since 2013 – today<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0– the name of the series comes from the fact that the background of the artworks \/ collages are the fanfolds of the theater, which also determine the dominant color and \/ or title, saying, quote. They are collages with experimental text (cut up Harry Potter 1) – since 2013 and so far includes 12 works<\/strong> – some belonging to a triptych or quadriptych – in\u00a0seven individual artworks<\/strong> – units\/stories (see the titles below)<\/p>\n

:: The process of creation<\/strong> ::<\/p>\n

The images of the collages are first selected and brought together to an abstract affiliation and a „story“ in large format, whereby the selected images always come from art<\/strong> – whereby then artists are figuratively „quoted“ and brought into a (different) context.<\/p>\n

In the end, the text is added and „intuitively captures“ the story of the collage – from cut-out words<\/strong> from newspapers\/catalogs and (mainly from) Harry Potter<\/strong>, which „attaches, explains, underpins“ the story.<\/p>\n

Additionally also Multimedia Poetry Performance<\/strong> (video with the artwork in the background, live speaking of the text of the collage and sound(s) – or a selected contemporary piece of music mounted in the background) as well as translations of the texts into several languages – for multilingual (polyphonic) text performing<\/strong> and\/or publication as poems. Since 2022 performing the works in a collaboration with sound artist(s) as ::<\/p>\n

  1. Space. (Raum.)<\/strong> Collage (and mixed media) with text, 2013-2014, A3, exhibited and performed in three languages.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This is the first collage, important for developing the style, the concept and the artistic expression. It is a preliminary work but belongs to the series Volksb\u00fchne, since it contains the \u201crobber wheel\u201d.<\/p>\n

    2022 finally the old idea of multilingual polyphony of the experimental poem in German, English, Macedonian and Italian was recorded for this work and you can see and hear it here ::<\/p>\n
